Two Penis lengthening Exercises

This article describes two penis lengthening exercises that have produced some great result.
Horizontal movement for penis lengthening
- For horizontal movement, penis should be in semi erection position.
- It’s important to apply lubricant like baby oil on penis, because sometime penis get fully erected thus disables you to perform these exercises.
- Now it’s time to hold your penis from bottom. There is a technique to hold penis in this exercise. In horizontal exercise, one has to grab bottom of penis using forefinger and thumb. So, place forefinger and thumb on bottom of penis and hold it tight, this process is called pressure. One has to use left hand for this because this position stays as it is till completion of exercise.
- Next step is to use right hand to hold top of the penis. Same as you did by left hand, use forefinger and thumb of right hand to hold top of the penis tight.
- Now with holding bottom and top of penis using left and right hands you should start horizontal movement of penis. As, blood in penis is blocked between two hands. Next thing is to start moving right hand in downward side. As it meets left hand positioned at bottom, start reverse movement of right hand. Doing this you will feel flow of blood in penile shaft that will help for penis lengthening.
Penis lengthening with ‘The Long Schlong’
- Hold your penis in right hand to start with this penis lengthening exercise. Now you have to stretch your penis in direction of head of penis and hold it there for 10-15 seconds. You might feel pressure and pain but it very important that you hold it for at least for 10 seconds. Doing this you must feel stretch at bottom of your penis. Loosen the grip on penis and relax. You have to repeat thing starch in front for at least 4 to 6 times.
- Repeat same thing in reverse movement.
- After relaxing from up down movement of penis you have to start moving you penis in right side. To do that, hold head of penis tight in your hand, keeping in mind that you have to stretch head not foreskin, stretch your penis on right side till you feel stretch on left side of your penis. Hold it in that position for at least 10-15 seconds.
- After relaxing again massage your penis to get proper blood flow and normal position of penis to do left movement. Same as in other step hold penis head in your hand and stretch it on left side. Stretch your penis until you feel stretch on right side of penis because that is important for penis lengthening.
